Our team are knowledgeable about art materials and are committed to offering the highest levels of care. If you have any questions or would like to make an order over the phone please call us.

Can different orders be sent together?

Order Merging - We are unable to merge orders that have been placed separately, even when placed only minutes apart.

If more than one order is placed, we are not able to refund delivery costs and the orders may be delivered separately.

If you have made a mistake with your order, such as forgetting an item, we request you to please get in touch with our Customer Services team immediately before it is dispatched for delivery.

For urgent enquiries such as this, we would advise calling.

How do I place an order?

There are different ways to place an order with us:

Ordering Online:

The quickest and easiest way to place an order is online through our website. We accept credit/debit card and are tied up with multiple payment gateways such as UPI payments on our website.

Ordering by Phone

We can also process your order over the telephone on +91-9538328513 / +91-9538014325. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss your order with our team.

Can I place an order as a gift?

If you would like the sales invoice to be removed from an order that is being sent as a gift, please mention the same as an Order Note before confirming the order on the website.

Can I place a bulk order?

They will be able to advise on supply and provide you with a quote.

How do I cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Orders once placed on the website can only be cancelled before confirmation.

Once order confirmation has been made which you will receive via email and SMS, the order cannot be cancelled.

You can change your delivery address providing your order has not been dispatched. You can check order status in your account and you should also receive an email notification of dispatch.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the relevant courier partners, cancellation or change of delivery address is not possible.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all Credit/Debit card, UPI and multiple wallets option on our website. 

What about exchanges/refunds? 

We generally discourage exchanges because we want to give the freshest possible material to every customer.

Reliance Fine Art has a strict NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGE policy on all its products & services.

  • All products procured with us are 100% original.
  • All products sold by us are 100% authentic.
  • All products undergo an extensive quality check upon procurement.

For the aforementioned reasons, Reliance Fine Art currently does not offer any cancellations, returns or exchanges on its products.

However, in the unlikely event that a product received by you is damaged or faulty, follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the order) and explain the issue with the product.
  • Share pictures along with details of the damage or fault with the product via email.
  • Any complaints/issues raised after a time of 24 hours from delivery (or) receipt of your order will not be considered for returns or exchange.

How do I reserve items?

Items saved in the Basket are not reserved unless the order is completed, so unfortunately we are unable to reserve products. However, you can alternatively contact our store on +91-9538328513 and pay an advance to book your items which we will hold for you.
